The Salomon MTN 96 Carbon was developed specifically for long touring missions, yet is wide enough for freeride touring – excelling both uphill and downhill. The model is based on Salomon's iconic MTN 95 and combines an all-mountain shape with a lightweight carbon construction.

The full karuba wood core delivers a lively, powerful ride, while the Cork Damplifier absorbs vibrations and brings smoothness to demanding terrain. The MTN 96 Carbon also makes a statement in terms of sustainability: it is partly made from recycled and natural materials, including 100% recycled sidewalls.
