- Of course we offer our customers from Switzerland the possibility to order from us. To see the prices valid for Switzerland - please register in our online store with a Swiss address or log in to your existing customer account.
- What are the shipping costs to Switzerland?
- The shipping prices are listed above and will be added to your order directly in your shopping cart. The costs for a possible return shipment have to be paid by the customer.
- How long does the delivery take Switzerland?
- You can find the shipping availability directly in the description of the selected product ("Ready for shipment in ..."). Due to delays in the import into Switzerland and customs control, there may be increased delivery times.
- Will I be charged the Austrian value added tax?
- No. For orders with billing and shipping address in Switzerland we do not charge Austrian VAT. In addition, we deliver all orders to Switzerland already duty paid and taxed - that means, for you as a buyer no further costs arise. If you are registered as a Swiss customer in our online store, our system already calculates the absolute final price including all customs duties and import tax.
- How do I see the Swiss prices including all duties?
