Black Diamond Helio Carbon 88 Skis - The Black Diamond Helio 88 is a perfect touring ski for spontaneous excursions or day trips through technically demanding terrain. With its low weight, it offers outstanding downhill characteristics. The Helio features a prepreg carbon construction with a paulownia wood core and wraparound ABS sidewalls for added cushioning. The balanced flex and torsional stiffness ensure reliable and responsive handling on the descent. The early shovel bending at the ski tip improves buoyancy and facilitates the ascent. The ABS ski tail protection has an integrated notch for ski skin clips to prevent the skin from sliding off.
