The ski's CO2-equivalent emissions were minimized by 30% (compare with the Backland 85 from 2021). How? By using more raw materials with lower CO2 emissions, i.e. more poplar wood, less fiberglass and resin as well as waste-reducing side panels. With HRZN 3D - a further development of the successful first generation from HRZN Tech - a wide, three-dimensional shovel ensures better flotation in powder and changing snow conditions, for the perfect mix of flow and performance. In addition, the All-Terrain Profile with its special ratio of wood and fiberglass offers increased torsional rigidity and a better flex pattern for more grip on harder snow.
