Swix Insulated Shorts Women

The Swix Insulated Shorts W are the women's version of the insulated over-shorts, built on their own cut and shaped for a female fit. They sit closer at the hips and thighs and therefore bunch less when you pull them over tights or a race suit. They are made for the minutes when you are not moving: warming up, waiting at the start, cooling down, waxing outdoors or watching from the side of the track.

The ripstop shell fabric is light and hard-wearing, and the eco-friendlier DWR treatment lets slush and moisture bead off. Warmth comes from Primaloft Silver, a synthetic insulation that adds almost no bulk and does not restrict your stride. Elastic panels with a brushed inner face add freedom of movement and feel soft against the skin. The elastic waistband with internal drawcords can be adjusted individually, so the shorts stay in place even over several layers. A zippered back pocket keeps small items safe, and the reflective logo helps you stay visible in low light.
