The Rossignol Explore is a backcountry binding for cross-country skiing away from groomed tracks. Built around the Xplore system, it offers a stable platform and a clean, uncomplicated design. It is screw-mounted directly onto the ski.

The opening and closing mechanism is operated manually and is designed so you can keep your gloves on. That is exactly what counts when you are out in cold, untracked terrain. At 340 g per pair the binding stays light enough for long days while still giving wider backcountry skis the support surface they need.
