Rossignol BC Magnum 25/26

The BC Magnum is the widest of Rossignol's backcountry bindings and therefore the choice for wide skis and deep snow. Its 67 mm steering platform transfers your input directly to the ski, even when that ski has far more surface than a classic track ski. The manual open/close mechanism has a large tab and works with thick gloves on. It mounts conventionally with screws.

It is built for tours off the beaten track where you work your way through untracked snow. The 40 Shore flex allows enough freedom of movement for long strides and climbs. The binding fits boot sizes 35 to 52.
