Petzl Macchu is an adjustable, growing sit harness for children under 40 kg, designed to adapt over several growth stages thanks to its wide adjustment range. Padded waistbelt and leg loops provide plenty of comfort while hanging, making it ideal for first sessions in the climbing gym, learning to top rope and early outdoor adventures on real rock.
With the optional Body chest harness, the Macchu can be turned into a full-body harness, which is especially important for smaller kids whose hips are not yet fully formed. Doubleback buckles allow quick, precise adjustment, the coloured belay loop makes it easy to check the correct tie-in point at a glance, and two gear loops plus a chalk bag loop give young climbers the same organised setup as adults – combining safety, comfort and fun from day one.
