The Fjällräven Abisko Lite 2 is a compact, stable tunnel tent for two, developed for trekkers who want to travel with a light backpack. It accompanies you through all four seasons – from warm summer nights to winter tours away from extremely exposed terrain. The flysheet can be rolled up at both ends, providing wonderful airflow on warm days. A roomy vestibule offers space for backpacks, boots and cooking in bad weather.
The flysheet is made from silicone-coated TripleRip polyamide in 20D and 40D with a 3,000 mm water column, while the tough 40D floor is PU-coated with a 6,000 mm water column. Two lightweight DAC Featherlite NSL poles with a 9.6 mm diameter make pitching quick and the structure wind-stable, and reflective 2 mm Dyneema guylines with 160 kg breaking strength keep everything secure. Inside, fine no-see-um mesh, storage pockets and a clothesline add comfort. With a total weight of 2,070 grams, a minimum weight of 1,740 grams and a packed size of 17 x 39 cm, the tent remains pleasantly backpack-friendly.
