Ortovox Ravine 34 - The new Ravine 34 is a light, minimalist and technical freeride backpack for fast ascents and demanding descents. Due to its large packing volume, it is ideal for material-intensive day tours or short multi-day tours in difficult terrain. The special feature: All important pieces of equipment can be stowed away and removed on the go without taking them off. With the help of a quickly attachable, parallel ski attachment with carabiner, even wide freeride skis can be attached to the backpack in just one movement for short carrying passages. There is space for crampons and crampons in the practical additional compartment on the bottom of the backpack and they are always ready to hand without having to remove them. The separate safety compartment offers quick access to all emergency equipment and a light ax, while all items in the main compartment have top or side access. In addition, the Ravine 34 scores with the usual attachment options for skis, poles, rope, helmet and ice screws as well as a map compartment and a drinking system preparation. Thanks to the ergonomic Full Contact Light Back System, the backpack optimally distributes the load on the back and nestles against the spine without slipping. For additional spine protection, the Ravine 34 can be fitted with the Clasp Spine Protector on the inside. The spine protector is certified according to motorcycle standards, is available separately and can easily be slid into a separate inner pocket. In addition to safety and functionality, the Ravine 34 also focuses on the environment: the freeride backpack is completely PFC-free and is also made from recycled polyamide in a climate-neutral manner.
