The Tatonka Yukon X1 75+10 offers a generous 75-liter capacity and is designed for extended trekking tours and backpacking trips with heavy loads and extensive gear. It also features an integrated RECCO emergency reflector, providing added safety when hiking in remote areas.
Built for loads exceeding 25 kg, the Yukon X1 features a specially engineered carrying system with internal X-shaped stays that transfer part of the load laterally into the padded hip belt, shifting weight from the back to the hips. Ergonomically shaped padding ensures excellent support at the upper back, while the lumbar pad and three-dimensionally formed hip fins provide a secure and comfortable fit, enabling highly efficient load transfer. The carrying system can also be adjusted to different back lengths.
The Tatonka Yukon X1 75+10 offers extensive storage and attachment options and is made from highly tear-resistant and durable Cordura®. The large front zip opening allows for easy packing and access, while the lid compartment can be detached and used as a “kangaroo pocket” attached to the shoulder straps.
For additional safety in the wilderness, the backpack is equipped with a RECCO reflector, enabling rescue organizations to quickly locate missing persons in large areas using RECCO helicopter detector technology. The reflector is small and lightweight, requires no power or batteries, needs no maintenance, and works at all times.
