The Tatonka Norix 27 offers a 27-liter main compartment, and additional gear can be stored in the elastic front and side pockets as well as in the lid compartment. Gear loops on the front and an elastic bungee cord on the lid provide practical attachment options. Thanks to its Vent Comfort carrying system, the Norix 27 sits close to the back, ensuring excellent load control on demanding mountain or via ferrata tours. The back padding, featuring a ventilation channel and a breathable AirMesh cover, ensures pleasant air circulation.
For clear and easy access to your gear in the main compartment, the backpack can be fully opened via a wrap-around rear zipper. This is also practical, as it prevents you from having to place the carrying system on the ground or in the snow during winter tours.
The large gear loops on the shoulder and hip belts can be used to attach the carabiners of your via ferrata set when climbing unsecured sections. In addition, the hip belt can be removed when wearing a climbing harness, preventing both systems from interfering with each other.
