Salewa Catinaccio TirolWool Responsive Jacket Women - The Catinaccio jacket is destined to become a classic. It's a warm solution for harsh conditions. Thanks to the natural TirolWool, it is wonderfully comfortable and keeps you warm even when it gets wet. In addition, it has the special synthetic Responsive insulation. Beneath the extremely light shell material - ripstop nylon with a durable water-repellent DWR finish - the Catinaccio has TirolWool Responsive insulation throughout. You are surrounded by a pleasantly warm, water-repellent protective cover that does not burden you with unnecessary weight.

For TirolWool Responsive we use wool from Tyrolean sheep that live in high mountain conditions. It is high in lanolin (the natural water-repellent wax that sheep use to protect their skin from the rain). In addition, Salewa used a proprietary responsive technology. This is based on thermoreactive minerals that absorb and gradually release infrared energy from the body. This allows you to perform better and recover faster.

The front zip has a full-length internal storm flap to keep drafts out, and the beautifully soft collar zips up to the chin for maximum protection. The inner pocket and two zippered outer pockets are right where you need them. All materials in this jacket are bluesign certified - for minimal impact on resources, people and the environment.
