The Salomon MTN Summit Pro is a lightweight, high-performance ski touring boot for ambitious tourers who value maximum efficiency on the way up and precise performance on the way down. The lightweight shell construction saves energy on every vertical metre, while the generous cuff rotation of approx. 75° enables a natural, efficient walking motion. The reliable Surelock Skiwalk mechanism switches quickly and securely between walk and ski modes.
The fit is handled by the BOA® Fit System with precise, even adjustment in the forefoot area and the thermoformable Custom Fit™ liner, which can be individually moulded to your foot. Powerstrap and 2-buckle system guarantee secure heel hold and direct power transmission when things get serious on the descent.
The GripWalk® sole with its grippy tread gives you secure footing while walking – for instance across rocky sections – and thanks to pin/tech compatibility, the boot fits common touring bindings. That's how the MTN Summit Pro excels on long tours as well as in challenging alpine terrain.
