The new
S/LAB Shift MNC 13 heralds the next generation of freeride-compatible bindings by combining the touring efficiency of a pin binding (low-tech) with the performance of an alpine freeride binding. The Shift is the first really uncompromising binding for skiers who are constantly redefining the limits of the mountains and their skiing practice.
The long, side wings of the Shift with 47 mm elasticity ensure maximum shock absorption and at the same time enable better power transmission and more efficient ski guidance. The Shift features a PIN toe design and a fully rotatable heel for efficient touring. An uncomplicated switch between ski and touring mode makes it easier than ever to get into untouched deep snow areas. This light but robust binding is made of a new material, a combination of carbon-infused PA, aluminum and steel, for a weight of only 1.7 kg per pair of bindings.
