Fischer Traverse 78 Crown/Skin Xtralite 26/27

The Fischer Traverse 78 Crown/Skin Xtralite is the lightweight steel edge ski for everyone who prefers to follow tracks through open terrain rather than groomed trails. With a noticeably deeper sidecut than classic touring skis, it turns willingly on descents, while the wider shape brings stability in soft and variable snow. Advanced and expert skiers who want to save energy on longer backcountry tours will find it an excellent choice.

The AIR TEC® Steel Edge construction combines a light, air-channeled wood core with full-length steel edges for control on hard snow. The special feature is the Crown/Skin concept: the wax-free Offtrack Crown climbing zone in the Sintec base delivers reliable grip in normal terrain, and for steeper climbs you simply add the matching Easy Skin 50 (sold separately) – so you are prepared for every situation. The Nordic Rocker Camber and Speed Grinding 2.0 complete the glide performance. The ski is delivered without binding and is compatible with classic backcountry bindings such as NNN BC, 75 mm or Xplore.
