The Salomon S/RACE Skate JR is made for ambitious children and teenagers looking to systematically develop their skating technique. Its lightweight build makes every push-off noticeably easier, while the robust construction easily handles intensive training. The narrow sidecut delivers maximum control and turning ability – keeping the ski safely on track even at higher speeds.

Fast gliding comes courtesy of the high-performance base (G3 Racing Base or comparable). The core is kept compact and light – often made of Densolite foam or a similar material that provides stability at low weight. Depending on length and version, the pair weighs just approx. 1.3–1.5 kg.

The Prolink Shift Skate JR binding is compatible with NNN boots and easy to adjust – for a secure connection and simple handling, perfect for young cross-country skiers.
