The Salomon S/MAX Skate + Shift Race Set is a high-performance skate competition ski and binding, developed for ambitious skaters seeking speed, agility, and versatility on a wide variety of snow. The set delivers high performance and comfort, suitable for training and racing alike. Each ski weighs around 1,260 grams at a length of about 201 centimeters.

The lightweight S-CORE 45 core is made of 45% recycled PET, and the Thin Ply Carbon construction provides high torsional stiffness and precise power transfer. The G5 Universal base is digitally ground with World Cup Universal Grinding precision and factory pre-waxed fluorine-free with Swix. The classic skating sidecut of 44|43|44 mm delivers stability and control, while D2FC ensures even flex across the ski pair. The factory-mounted Prolink Shift Race Skate binding is movable for more glide or stability and is compatible with Prolink®, NNN® and Turnamic® boot systems.
