A pole for powerful double poling – stiff, direct and built purely for propulsion.
The KV+ Viking Poles is a cross-country pole for skiers who put serious force into the shaft. Stiffness is rated Superior (from 17 kg to 21 kg), which means the pole barely flexes and transfers your power to the snow with hardly any loss. That pays off above all in double poling and on fast sections.
The shaft is made of 70 % carbon at 80 g/m and stays pleasantly light without giving up stability. The swing sits in the middle range (from 2 cm to 5 cm) for balanced behaviour as the pole comes forward. The lower part of the shaft is left unpainted – that saves weight and shows the carbon structure openly.
The Viking is completed by the Elite C Grip, the Evo Clip hand strap for quick release and re-entry, and the Forza Tips for secure hold in the snow. Available in lengths from 125 to 185 cm in 2.5 cm increments.
