The Rottefella Move Switch NIS 3.0 SP is a classic cross-country binding for skis with a NIS 3.0 mounting plate. The principle is brilliantly simple: lift the lever, press and lock – and the binding shifts 30 mm backwards in a single movement. This moves your centre of gravity back and gives you maximum glide within seconds, for example on flat sections or descents.

The binding comes fitted with a medium flex, which can easily be swapped for a harder or softer version. The flex is a flexible cushion that provides resistance to bending: it helps you control your skis and allows for a more natural push-off and return cycle.

At just 232 grams, the binding is pleasantly light and fits all skis with a NIS 3.0 mounting plate.
