KV+ Protection Film For Shafts

A small piece of film with a big effect: the KV+ Protection Film shields your pole shafts exactly where training and racing take their toll.

Poles clash against each other while skating, and shaft rubs against shaft during transport. The self-adhesive protection film adds an extra layer over the shaft and takes the scratches and abrasion before they reach the material underneath. One piece is supplied, which you apply to the spot on the shaft you want to protect.

Fitting takes just a few minutes: first clean the surface of the shaft with alcohol or another degreaser. Peel the film off its backing and align its centre line with the centre of the shaft. For maximum protection, place the film as close as possible to the end of the grip area. Then press it down with your finger along the centre line and smooth it from the middle towards the sides, so no air bubbles are left behind.
