The KV+ XL Basket 8.5mm provides excellent flotation in soft or deep snow. The enlarged basket surface stops the pole from sinking in too far, so you lose less power in the snow and gain noticeable stability, especially in powder and on ungroomed sections.

The basket fits poles with 8.5 mm tips. Installation is quick and straightforward, so you can put on the XL basket when conditions demand it and swap back to the standard basket afterwards. Simply check the diameter at the end of your pole before ordering.
