Mammut Nordwand Light Mid GTX - The lightest shoe in the Mammut range that can be used with crampons. A large, elastic zone in the tongue and entry area as well as the elastic lining and outer fabric increase comfort. The proven Mammut Base Fit 2.0 technology with the double heel straps prevents pressure points. The heart of the innovative masterpiece is a patented insole with a carbon midsole. This makes the Nordwand Light Mid GTX not only extremely light, but also extremely precise and sure-footed.

In addition, MICHELIN Technical Soles has developed a mountaineering sole for the first time and exclusively for Mammut. The MICHELIN Alpine Lite 3970 sole transfers the tire expertise of the rubber specialist to high alpine terrain. The sole is up to 40% lighter than conventional soles, an enlarged climbing zone provides better grip when stepping on the side and its pronounced lug profile predestines it for use in high mountains, in winter and on mixed tours.
