The Garmont Tower 3.0 GTX is a modern mountaineering boot for demanding mountaineering, technical tours, and alpine terrain. It combines low weight with high stability and reliable protection – ideal for those who refuse to compromise, even on challenging routes.
The lightweight Lenzi® Putek material with nylon mesh, microfiber, and TPU reinforcements offers a successful combination of robustness, protection, and breathability. The GORE-TEX More Seasons membrane reliably keeps moisture out while ensuring a comfortable foot climate.
The Vibram VERTEX outsole with DURASTEP rubber compound and TRACTION LUG technology provides secure grip on varied terrain. The rigid construction with a polypropylene insole and TPU crampon attachment offers additional stability, making the Tower 3.0 GTX suitable for more demanding alpine use. The ergonomically asymmetrical upper supports a stable fit around the ankle, while the differently padded tongue evenly distributes lacing pressure. The Heel-Lock system reduces heel slippage, thereby improving comfort, stability, and control.
