The Salomon R/Skate is a cross-country ski boot for dynamic training sessions, long tours and a clean skating stride. It is aimed at ambitious recreational athletes and advanced cross-country skiers who skate, offering a balanced mix of stability, comfort and performance. The specially developed skating outsole with medium flex ensures optimal power transfer and lateral stability. This gives you the right foundation for precise, efficient skating movements.

The upper and chassis are made of 30% fiberglass, which noticeably improves stability and torsional rigidity, while the 360° cuff with hook-and-loop fastener holds your ankle securely. The Quicklace™ lacing is quick to put on and stays reliably in place; zipper covers and step-in straps keep snow and water out. The 102 mm performance last guarantees a comfortable fit.
