The Hammerdalen Pants are especially hard-wearing outdoor trousers for kids in a worker-style look. The robust polyester-cotton fabric is additionally reinforced at the knees, seat, gusset and inner lower legs – exactly where children's trousers wear through fastest. The stain-repellent finish is PFC-free, so mud and grass stains are far less of a worry. That lets these trousers survive tree houses, climbing rocks and long hiking days alike.

Six pockets offer plenty of room: two hip pockets plus patch thigh pockets closing with a zip or snap fastener, some with a flap. The waistband adjusts for width, and the leg cuffs can be set to three widths with snap fasteners – handy when the trousers are to go over hiking boots. Available in sizes 98 to 164, they are at home on hikes, in the woods, at summer camp and in the garden. This unisex kids' model is available in mystic blue, bronze, anthracite.
