Salewa Puez Aqua PTX 25L U Pants - Tested and proven in the Dolomites, the Puez Aqua Pants offer reliable water protection in unexpected rain showers in the mountains. As soon as the storm is over, the rain pants can also be stowed away quickly and compactly in the backpack.
Salewa's 2.5-layer ripstop fabric with waterproof Powertext® membrane consists of 57 percent recycled materials. With a water column of 10,000 millimeters, the material is reliably waterproof: The water column describes the pressure that is needed before water can penetrate the fabric. Nevertheless, the jacket remains extremely breathable with 10,000 g/m²/24h: This means that 10 liters of water vapor per square meter can evaporate within 24 hours - so the pants promise pleasant wearing comfort even during strenuous activities.
In addition, the Puez Aqua Pants are equipped with fully taped seams and an additional durable water-repellent coating. Small items can be stored in the two zipped pockets during the tour without getting wet. Thanks to the comfortable, elastic waistband and the long side zips, the pants can be quickly pulled on - and just as quickly taken off and stowed away.
In order to meet Salewa's high social and ecological requirements of the Salewa® Committed Collection, the Puez Aqua made from recycled materials and finished with a PFC-free, durable water-repellent DWR finish.
