Its in-mould construction inseparably bonds a shock-absorbing EPS rigid foam made with 50% recycled material (rEPS) to a robust polycarbonate outer shell. The result is high stability and impact resistance at a low weight of around 300 g.
The integrated Mips® safety system provides additional protection in the event of a side impact and in angled impact scenarios with strong rotational movements. You adjust the fit quickly and precisely in height and width with the uvex 3D IAS system, supported by infinitely adjustable straps with a Y-splitter and the uvex monomatic closure. 25 ventilation openings with an integrated insect screen and the removable, washable interior made of recycled material ensure optimum climate management uphill and downhill. The integrated visor keeps off sun, rain and headwind, and a plug-in LED light can be retrofitted for more visibility in the dark.
