The uvex air wing 2 cc is the practical all-rounder for children who spend a lot of time outdoors. Stable, robust and fit for everyday use, it comes along from the school run to the weekend trip. The matt finish and fresh colour combinations go down well with young riders. Operation is child-friendly enough that kids can put the helmet on and adjust it themselves.
Protection comes from the in-mould construction, in which shock-absorbing EPS rigid foam made with 50 percent recycled material (rEPS) is inseparably bonded to the robust polycarbonate outer shell, giving high impact resistance at low weight. The uvex 3D IAS system adjusts height and width quickly and precisely, while the FAS strap system with Y-distributor keeps the steplessly adjustable straps neatly in place. A continuous ventilation system with numerous openings and an integrated fly screen keeps the air fresh, and the removable, washable inner padding provides pleasant comfort all day long. A small visor shields against glare, rain and headwind, and for better visibility in traffic the helmet can be retrofitted with an optional plug-in LED light.
