The Alpina Scarabeo Junior is the children's ski goggle with a full frame and a soft Comfort Frame – built for kids who spend many days in a row on the slopes and shouldn't feel pressure points by the evening. At 157 millimetres of frame width it covers the classic junior range.
Flexible plastic bridges in the forehead and cheek area adapt the frame to the shape of the face, so the goggle seals well without leaving marks. The cylindrical double lens is orange-tinted and brightens the picture, which helps spot moguls and edges early on dull days in particular. A Fogstop coating on the inside of the lens prevents fogging and the Airframe Venting System provides air circulation. Inside there is enough room for prescription glasses to fit comfortably underneath.
