Functional fleece insulation: The Nuvolo is a warm fleece jacket with a hood, developed for changeable conditions in the mountains. The super soft brushed Polarlite material (260 g) forms large air chambers in which body heat can be stored particularly well. Therefore, it has excellent thermal performance for its weight, as well as a short drying time.
Your head in the clouds, but your feet firmly on the ground: the Nuvolo gives you the choice - you can wear it alone or as a midlayer : As an outer layer it has the advantage of being very breathable and drying quickly, and under a shell jacket it effectively wicks away moisture. The jacket is named after the mountain Il Nuvolo (3075 m), which belongs to the Pala group in the Dolomites. In Italian the name means “the cloud”. In this sense, the Nuvolo is a warm, extremely breathable and comfortable insulating layer for alpine activities in demanding conditions.
