It is made in Italy and the main component of its material is fine merino wool, which ensures optimal thermal performance and moisture wicking and is comfortable feels on the skin.
In addition, Salewa has complemented the merino wool-polyfiber blend with the special Responsive polyamide yarns, which contain a unique blend of natural thermo-reactive minerals. Responsive absorbs the body's far-infrared (FIR) radiation and gradually releases it back into muscle tissue - much like a south-facing rock face stores and releases solar energy.
