Daehlie Jacket Conscious Women - With the Jacket Conscious Women, Daehlie has taken the focus on nature and the environment to a new level. Now it's time to give something back with a sustainable product, while this sustainable product will also be one of the best jackets for intensive training. With the Conscious range, Daehlie has created the most sustainable product of all time without compromising on quality and functionality. The material on the outside of the jacket consists of 80% Tencel and 20% merino wool.
The perfect mix of sustainable Tencel and merino wool ensures optimal insulation, quick drying and good moisture transport. Like merino wool, Tencel adapts to different body temperatures and offers an incredibly soft feel. The material made of Tencel and Merino wool was specially developed for the Conscious range. After extensive testing, Daehlie's design department found the optimal mix of the two fibers. The knitted mesh panel on the back and under the sleeves is made from a stretchy 73% Tencel and 28% Merino wool material for the optimal combination of ventilation, temperature control and movement. Two zipped pockets and the front zip are made from recycled material.
The front zip goes all the way up and has a comfortable chin guard. The elastic cuffs on the underside of the sleeves and the waistband can be individually adjusted. This jacket has been designed with sustainability and temperature regulation as key features.
Tencel® made from Lyocell is a fiber developed from the cellulose pulp of the sustainable eucalyptus tree. This tree grows fast and is cultivated on FSC-certified tree farms without genetic modification or artificial irrigation. The chemicals used to make the fiber are administered in a closed system. This means the solvent is recycled, reducing hazardous waste. The fiber is as strong as polyester and as soft as silk. Its breathability, moisture wicking and antibacterial properties make it the ideal solution for both high and low intensity training.
