The long eccentric enables an even more accurate and thus faster exit from the binding. Optionally, the Low Tech Race 105 can be fitted with an adjustment plate that allows a heel adjustment range of 20 mm to adapt to different sole lengths. Lateral and vertical release is set to a fixed value that has been determined by experienced athletes over the years as the best balance between safety and stability. Crampons can be quickly and easily attached to the Low Tech Race 105 for use in icy or harsh conditions.
