Atomic Backland Summit 9 BR - Extremely versatile and easy to handle: The Atomic Backland Summit 9 BR is an all-round touring binding with an adjustable release value and elasticity that favors the natural flex of the ski - for effortless touring. Its trigger value can be set up to 9, which ensures maximum safety, reliability and performance. The AutoFlex system has a spring under the heel mechanism that automatically allows 5mm of play between the toe and heel during swing. The result is an easy-to-ride binding with some elasticity, which supports the natural flex of the ski while increasing safety, cushioning and performance while skiing. The climbing aid can be easily adjusted to three walking levels with the ski pole: 0°, 7° or 13°. There are also touring stoppers and a unique closure system with which you can easily switch from ascent to descent mode. Thanks to the patented step-in aid, the shoe is automatically positioned correctly for clicking. And with the Alu/PA Pin Toe and Heel, high-quality PA material reinforced with fiberglass ensures low weight - for easy, efficient ascent and at the same time stability and reliability on the way down into the valley.
