For optimal power transfer to wider touring skis, the Backland Pure features a 40mm wide mounting plate made of lightweight die-cast aluminum, which minimizes the risk of tearing out while ensuring maximum stability. The binding is compatible with standard climbing skins and crampons, and the sole length can be adjusted by up to 30mm – ideal for different ski boot models and changing snow conditions.
