Salewa Lightning Carbon 240 Plus Probe - The Salewa Lightning Carbon 240 Plus is a six-piece, fold-out professional carbon fiber avalanche probe for ski touring and alpine mountaineering, where every gram saved counts.

The carbon tubes with a large diameter of 13 mm ensure maximum rigidity, while the probe can be quickly assembled in an emergency using the pull handle and automatically locking steel cable. The markings every 5 cm show you the immersion depth, and the teardrop-shaped tip allows better and more sensitive penetration of the snow. The probe can be extended with additional sections (sold separately).
