The Schöffel Cascata Down Jacket is a light, sporty down jacket for demanding hikes and cool days in the mountains. The high-quality 90/10 down fill (90 % down, 10 % feathers) with a fill power of 800 cuin lofts strongly and traps a large volume of insulating air – giving you an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio. At the same time, the jacket compresses down small and disappears into your backpack whenever the climb gets too warm.

The hybrid construction with an additional 60 g of padding at the shoulders, hood and sleeves protects high-wear zones, so the insulation performs reliably even under backpack straps. The helmet-compatible hood can be adjusted in volume with one hand, and the elastic binding keeps it securely in place. Because the jacket is constructed without shoulder and side seams, pressure and friction points are minimised – and the windproof, water-repellent outer fabric completes the package so you can focus entirely on the trail.
