Mammut 6.0 Glacier Cord Dry - A rope specially developed for glacier trekking as well as for skiers and mountaineers, with which abseiling, hauling maneuvers or crevasse rescues are possible. The dry treatment gives the rope maximum safety even under the most adverse conditions. This ensures that the cord absorbs practically no water and does not freeze at low temperatures. Dry ropes also achieve greater abrasion resistance in abrasion tests compared to conventionally treated ropes of the same diameter.
