Salewa MTN Trainer Lite GTX - The new version of our MTN trainer is developed for alpine approaches and mountain activities. It features a sturdy upper for optimal durability, while the Gore-Tex® Extended Comfort lining keeps you dry, comfortable no matter what adventure you plan next.

The unique construction is designed over a special last to provide a perfect fit and the optimal combination of flexibility and support. This shoe is also equipped with the proprietary 3F system, which connects the shaft area, sole and heel. Inside the shoe is a shock-absorbing EVA midsole for lasting rebound. It also features a flexible ankle shaft and a rubber toe cap for additional protection.

Under the foot, the robust outsole guarantees reliable grip thanks to the Pomoca rubber mixture and the tread pattern with deep lugs and notches. The sole offers the versatility needed for a wide range of terrain types - from mud and grass to rock, ice and snow. The climbing shoe lacing system up to the toe area allows for greater precision on technical terrain. Designed using traditional footwear craftsmanship in Italy, the MTN Trainer Lite for men is a lighter, 3-season solution for hiking and faster trekking that doesn't compromise on water resistance.
