The Alp Mate Winter Mid Shoe is designed for mountain enthusiasts looking for a reliable mid-cut hiking or snowshoe for the colder months of the year. Its upper material made of thick suede and robust stretch fabric is equipped with a waterproof, breathable membrane that repels snow, slush and rain and always keeps you dry and comfortable. A wide rubber collar offers you additional 360° all-round protection.
This shoe is designed for winter use and features the proprietary Salewa® 3F system with robust Kevlar wires for flexibility, heel support and a stable, protective fit. Inside, the warm Alpine Wool lining provides enhanced thermal insulation, especially in colder conditions, while the built-in durable EVA midsole provides a soft landing and excellent shock absorption on harder terrain.
The Pomocaâ„¢ Winter Hike- Outsole Has a tread designed for stability, grip and traction on rock, mud and most importantly snow and ice, while biomechanical S-Path technology supports natural movement on and off the trail.
This Shoe is a Salewa Committed product with a PFC-free Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating, manufactured to strict, independently verified standards for social responsibility and fair working conditions.
