Salewa Women MTN Trainer Lite - The MTN Trainer Lite is designed to provide lightweight comfort, grip and stability for alpine approaches and mountain activities. It features a sturdy textile upper that fits perfectly the first time you try it on.

The last construction and molded EVA midsole ensure a stiff midfoot area with a flexible forefoot so you can move quickly on rough terrain . This shoe also features Salewa's proprietary 3F system, which connects the shaft area, sole and heel for additional ankle support. The heel stabilizer and rubber toe cap provide additional protection.

Under the foot, the robust outsole has deep, aggressive lugs that guarantee reliable grip. The Pomoca rubber compound is grippy enough for climbing on both wet and dry rocks. The climbing shoe lacing system up to the toe area allows for greater precision on technical terrain.
