Salewa Sorapis DST Vest - A light, robust and versatile men's softshell vest for alpine trekking.
Salewa named Salewa's Sorapis vest after the legendary mountain group Sorapiss (Italian: Sorapis), which rises high above Cortina. It has an abrasion-resistant softshell construction made from 128-gram light Durastretch, making it the ideal wind- and water-resistant yet breathable outer protective layer for alpine trekking and hiking.
Why softshell? Because softshell materials offer you stretch and freedom of movement and are simply comfortable and versatile! This model is an ideal lightweight vest due to the single layer, moisture-wicking construction. There is also a flat, welded breast pocket with a secure zip.
The soft and cleanly finished, high-quality inner material is very comfortable to wear and the treatment with Polygiene® ensures permanent odor inhibition: the growth of odor-causing bacteria is stopped, so that you can wear the vest longer and have to wash it less often.
