Salewa Pedroc PTX 25 Light Jacket - For Salewa, speed hiking means the perfect combination of fast movement and inner peace. The mountains are becoming Salewa's gym, where we need light, protective and comfortable clothing.
We developed the Pedroc 2.5L Powertex® light jacket for precisely such activities: The technical, super-light and waterproof hard shell weighs less than 200 grams and impresses with a 2.5-layer construction with a water column of 10,000 millimeters. In addition, the seams of the athletically cut jacket are fully welded so that no water can penetrate here either. Nevertheless, the jacket remains extremely breathable with 40,000 g/m²/24h: 40 liters of water vapor per square meter can evaporate within 24 hours. This high level of functionality is achieved through the hard-wearing outer fabric with a polyurethane membrane and the additional, protective insert on the back. The jacket has two side zip pockets for small items, the fitted hood and elastic cuffs also prevent wind and moisture from penetrating.
The Pedroc 2.5L Powertex® light jacket is part of the Salewa® Committed range Collection and thus meets Salewa's high social and ecological requirements in order to leave the smallest possible ecological footprint. The jacket has a PFC-free, permanently water-repellent DWR finish that contains no fluorocarbons.
