Salewa Ortles GTX 3L Jacket - When developing Salewa's Ortles 3L Gore-Tex® jacket, we took Salewa's inspiration from three peaks: the Königsspitze, Monte Zebru and the Ortler. This shell jacket is designed for the high alpine region and for full weather and storm protection.
It consists of a combination of light, waterproof and robust 3-layer Gore-Tex® material with a special, extremely strong membrane and a woven GORE® Micro-Grid Backer layer as well as Gore-Tex Paclite® inserts for light weight - and so you can pack them away easily. Mountain-specific features include the ergonomically shaped, helmet-compatible storm hood with a high collar and one-hand adjustable back, as well as a waterproof front zip, Velcro-adjustable cuffs and ventilation zips under the arms.
This jacket is a Salewa Committed product that is looking for additional , strict and independently verified environmental and social standards. Both fabrics are also made from 100% recycled polyester. We strive to continually reduce the environmental footprint of Salewa products.
