Salewa Ortles GTX 3L Jacket - When developing Salewa's Ortles 3L Gore-Tex® jacket, we let Salewa take inspiration from three peaks: the Königsspitze, Monte Zebru and the Ortler. This shell jacket is designed for high alpine environments and for full weather and storm protection.
It is made from a combination of lightweight, waterproof and robust 3-layer Gore-Tex® material with a special, extremely strong membrane and a woven Gore® Micro-Grid backer layer as well as Gore-Tex Paclite® inserts for light weight - and so you can pack it away more easily. Mountain-specific features include the ergonomically shaped, helmet-compatible storm hood with a high collar and one-hand adjustable back, as well as a waterproof front zip, Velcro-adjustable cuffs and ventilation zips under the arms.
This jacket is a Salewa Committed product that is designed for additional , strict and independently verified environmental and social standards. In addition, both fabrics are made from 100% recycled polyester. We strive to continually reduce the environmental footprint of Salewa's products.
