The pants are water repellent, thermally insulating and pleasantly breathable at the same time. Two zipped hand pockets in the seam store small items discreetly. The leg zips backed with inserts make getting in and out easy, and the inner leg elastic keeps the pants in place. The elastic waistband sits securely and the reflector adds visibility.
