The Micro AFD houses an aluminum Power Block that increases lateral stiffness for superior power transfer. The reinforced baseplate made of metal and rubber boosts precision and absorbs vibration, while the 3-Part Power Heel maximizes shock absorption and improves retention in big-mountain terrain. The full-aluminum Hike and Ride Switch delivers superior strength and smooth transitions between uphill and downhill. Thanks to Multi Norm Certification (MNC + Pin), the binding is compatible with every normed ski boot on the market.
