The Salomon Steep Prime Vario S3 is a versatile, adjustable ski pole for demanding skiers. The combination of carbon and Kevlar reinforcements delivers an excellent balance of lightness and stability – at approx. 320 g per pole, with a shaft diameter of 14 mm at the bottom and 16 mm at the top for optimal rigidity.

The ergonomic S3 foam grip with an extended grip zone allows versatile hand positions and offers a secure hold even in cold weather. The safety wrist strap looks after you too: under excessive load it releases automatically to help prevent injuries. Thanks to the practical clip closure system, you can quickly and easily adjust the length between 100 and 135 cm – perfect for different body sizes and changing areas of use. The tungsten/carbide tip grips securely on ice and hard surfaces, while the interchangeable baskets make the pole equally at home on the piste and in deep snow.
