The Scarpa Instinct VS Women is the women's version of the legendary performance climbing shoe for precise edging and aggressive hooking, designed for experienced female climbers who demand maximum precision and sensitivity in sport climbing and bouldering. The mixed microfibre and leather upper is built from six separate pieces: microfibre across the top of the foot provides adaptability and comfort, while leather in the lower section gives stability and support. The asymmetric cut with downturn and the women-specific last channel power precisely onto the big toe.
Bi-Tension Active Randing runs tensioned rubber along both sides of the shoe to the heel and maintains tension under the toes through the arch, for powerful edging combined with high midfoot sensitivity. The 2 mm Vibram XS Grip 2 sole gives You maximum grip and feel on the smallest footholds and when hooking. A 1 mm Flexan insert spreads force across the forefoot and keeps the rear flexible. The velcro closure makes it quick to take the shoes on and off between attempts.
